Customer Relationship Management /Membership Management / Lead Generation
This module collects registration information and provides intelligent way to data mine database and export results for further work inside of the LightMixCMS or externally.  Administrators are able to add, edit, change account information, view, change and manually process subscriptions and orders and manage membership groups and categories. Standard features are customized to reflect required workflow.  If required, integration with existing in-house CRM or third party components is performed.

Payment / Commerce
Payment component is designed to display order information collected from the ecommerce store or subscription pages on the website. Orders and payments information are logged and made visible to the administrators with all details of the transactions. Administrators are able to run basic reports and verify user payment information, easily connect between user accounts and his subscriptions, orders, and payments. LightMix CMS supports any credit card processing services gateways.

Mailing
Standard mass mailing component is designed to allow website administrators send appropriate mailing to selected group of users taken from the database search, generated by the website automatically, or imported from outside sources. System allows administrators to setup mailing lists, templates, perform mailing with mail merge functions and store mailings on the website for public or members-only viewing. Integration with third party mass mailing services is supported.

File and Digital Asset Management
System includes file manager using which customers can upload and manage visual assets and documents. File manager allows users to create folders, organize assets in categories and preview assets.

Administrators
LihtMixCMS enables customers create as many administrative users of the system as needed and assign appropriate rights to them. Rights can be customized to enable limited admin access as required.
